The Stanley on the other hand showed no signs of stress as I applied pressure. I need to mention that I was clamping a box newel post, and not a light weight picture frame. I saw that these are very similar to the Dewalt band clamp (no longer available) and learned that Stanley owns Dewalt and the spec's matched. I was not disappointed....the only downside is that these are shipped from the UK, and take around 2 weeks...worth the wait! Review: Très utile à condition d'une bonne mise en place... - Un article très utile pour la fabrication de cadres, boîtes, etc.... La mise en place peux s'avérer quelque fois un peu fastidieuse pour une personne seule (suivant la configuration de votre objet si vous voulez ajuster et tenir les 4 angles en même temps cela ne va pas être simple) mais la solidité et la qualité de serrage ne sont pas en défaut. La taille admissible est relativement importante et la sangle peut être remplacée par une plus longue si la taille n'est pas suffisante.
