I have used red light therapy in the past at a few gyms and a spa. I feel this is way more intense. It’s been about a week now and I can already see the difference in my skin. The only thing I didn’t like is that it would bang slightly when I open and close the door that it’s mounted on. But I fixed it by just using some heavier duty command strips on the bottom rests to keep it from swinging.
