The packaging was also perfect, protecting the packs well enough that the few I've had were almost all "complete" cashews, with maybe 2 or 3 broken bits in the bottom. Fresh and flavorful; everything I could want. I might complain about the price, but whole roasted cashews are not cheap, and then putting them in little single-serve packets is definitely going to make that go up, so that's no reason in my mind to lower the score. The only reason at all would be that I got the wrong flavor. Yes, like I said this is the one I really wanted, but to me a perfect experience is one that goes flawlessly, regardless if that flaw ends up as a benefit. If you think I'm being pedantic then I would actually agree, so let's meet in the middle and call it a 4.5/5.
