One lens shows a totally blurry image. The tripod does not hold the weight of my iphone and won't stand on its own. Went to the website of the company and there is no way to contact them. There is a "contact" button, but when you press it, it takes you to the "About Company" page. That, to me, is the sign of poor customer service. Not going to bother with it.
