A good price on the blades. **Q: Are these made for Gillette safety rasors?** A: These will work in any double edge safety razor with the thread off top or butterfly open. So yes they'll work in an old Gillette double edge safety razor too. I am not familiar with "gum points." I do, however, really like the blades. Perhaps, not as sharp as Feathers, but smoother. Ideally, I get about 3-4 shaves per blade.
