    I have not had a chance to use it yet but it is a lovely item.  The main thing that concerns me is the hole in the lid for the tongs.  Water gets into it and is difficult to completely get out, which means that mold can develop inside of the lid.  I plan on rinsing with white vinegar as a means of cleaning.  I do not do a tremendous amount of entertaining so for me it should not be much of a problem but if you use it frequently you may not like the retention of water inside of the lid.
