Never had any problems taking this brand fir many years. **Q: How do you take this, what is the best way/amount etc?** A: Hi it takes awful so I had it in a really small glass of apple juice. 7-8 drops at a time. I was advised to take it by my surgeon prior to thyroid surgery to stop the parathyroid glands being done “sticky” and damage during surgery and it worked!
