It increases your heart rate and makes you restless so you can pretty much just bosh through your strength training and probably lift more than your arch nemesis. I decided stupidly to take 2 scoops instead of the recommended 1.5 scoops today and felt like I was about to blast off into space, this is serious stuff and it can be a bit scary if you're not used to a pre-workout so be careful. I'm going to stick to the recommended dose from now. I would also advise not to do any cardio as I had a bit of a run around doing some housework today which was an experience, as soon as I stopped I had to pace around to keep up with my heart rate. I've never felt so powerful and supercharged before.As the other reviews say the taste is very chemically a bit like sweeteners but I guess that's the sacrifice you have to make if you take this stuff.
