First you need to be sure to prep your skin by wiping off any moisturizers or lotions from your skin...having lotions on your skin can decrease the effectiveness of the electrodes and decrease the adhesiveness of the electrodes. Second, always place the electrodes back on the plastic sheets that they were packaged with immediately after use...limiting time exposed to air, dust, dirt, etc... Third and probably most important is to keep electrodes out of the sun / heat...try to keep them at room temperature 72 degrees or colder.
