These are amazing pills. If you're at all concerned with proper methylation of hormones in your body THESE are a must have. I started taking these under the advice of a physician. They are an extremely valuable component in the successful balancing of hormone levels in women. I've had cancer twice.. I'm estrogen dominant, so preventing the mess that comes with a hormone balancing act in a body that it prone to cause problems these pills can make all the difference.
