First time I ever had to return something to Amazon. I will say that the Amazon return process was excellent. ### ⭐⭐ This thing is not worth $50 *by B***R on December 27, 2014* The joint that allows for tilt adjustments is tightened by a locknut. This makes it very difficult to work with. A small wrench is included but still not easy to get it perfect. The two screws that hold the ceiling mount to the down-rod allow too much play as well. I bought this to go with an Epson HD730. If you have one of these, don't buy this mount. The design of the Epson attach points is not compatible with this mount. You can really only use two of the arms. I ended up eliminating the arms and going with an aluminum plate.
