## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the incline for each side of this block?  I've seen another block at 14.5 incline that did not work for many people who wrote reviews.**
A: The incline is about 24 deg.

**Q: How dense and hard are these?**
A: These are fairly dense, but not as dense as a usual yoga block.  They have some give.  I would have wrist pain before using these blocks  if doing a lot of poses that use the wrists primarily for support.  With these blocks, I don't have any wrist pain.  I would recommend these blocks.

**Q: Do you recommend the regular or the leather version?**
A: I've only used the regular version so I can't really make a judgement on the leather ones. That being the case I would think that the leather blocks might be slippery on some surfaces. I do really like the regular blocks. They do the job.

**Q: can this be used for doing eccentric squats for patellar tendonitis?**
A: Yes, it can be used for ding eccentric squats.
