I found this to be shorter and narrower then expected. It seems to be made fairly well, but I was expecting something that would cover my entire back, and this falls very short of that. As well as being narrow, it would be nice if it were about 6 inches longer.

I've had many microwavable heat packs over the years but NEVER has one caught fire in my microwave.  I'm past the return date but I think I should be refunded.  DON'T buy!!!
