A friend told me about these incontinence diapers and since I purchased them, I have thrown out all the other brands I bought. These are the best on the market. They have a gel inside that holds urine so that the user does not sit in a wet diaper and get a rash or uti. They hold well through the night. The elastic around the edges seals well so there is no leakage. I have to change her less often and they do not tear apart when I pull them up. The stretch is good and size is true.
