With the epoxy colored opaque it will remain UV stable. LamLock RocketGel is a fast-curing epoxy gel for stone that will harden and be tack-free in 25 minutes, depending on mass size. The appearance after curing will be transparent in thin layers. In layers which are about 1/8”, this glue will appear whitish and in thicker layers will be off-white. It can easily be colored with the included pigments allowing you to make it any color you want. The epoxy will fully cure overnight, but shortly after it is tack-free it will be hard enough to scrape, grind or polish. It may be used wherever a permanent bond is desired. Excellent for gluing mitered edges, fills and seams. Works on Granite, Marble, Travertine, Limestone, Slate, Sandstone, Quartzite. Directions All surfaces should be clean and dry. Glue should be stored and used at room temperature. Mix color into part A. Once you have the color you want add part B. Mix by volume, 1 part A to 1 part B. Mix thoroughly at room temperature and apply to material. This glue will harden in 20 minutes in bulk. Otherwise it will take 25 minutes or so in thinner layers. Will it flow into a narrow crack?** A: No it will not flow. It is the viscosity of warm peanut butter. For a hairline crack we recommend Lamlock Inflitrating epoxy. That glue is made for crack repairs and has a viscosity close to water.
