My husband would like to switch his diet for gluten free breads as opposed to store bought regular breads. I bought this because I want to bake the breads instead but not all recipes in this book is appealing to him. He doesn't like sweet bread. I'm sure for other people this book will be useful. I found few that I would like to bake.
