I received a full refund and they said that they have taken my issues into consideration and will use them to improve their product. I appreciate that they took the time to hear my issues and fix them. Overall great flagpole, definitely will recommend once they resolve the one issue I had run into. I bought this flagpole to replace the one I had because the pole to flag ratio was a little off. I like the look of it and all, but unfortunately, it did not last. Even with no wind, the pole would flex in the direction of the flag, and when it was windy, I was surprised it held up for as long as it did. Originally, I had thought that was part of the design, have some flex so it won't break. Then one day, I came home to my pole and flag on the ground, the bottom section had snapped at the part where it connects to the next section above it. I thought I could just run the pole without that bottom section, but the cleat for the halyard was attached to the bottom section.
