However,It has 3 settings for heating and 3 for the vibration levels. Heating level 1 is okay but dont really feel it too much, heating level 2 is great for a fee seconds then it burns the hell out of you, and I have it on top of my leggings but under my shirt. I dont dare to reach level 3 on that.The vibration when I am peak period pains the vibration does seem to take the pain away however boy is that vibration loud, I wear this when I'm at work as well and I cant have the vibration on due to fear of getting some confused glances.Also the battery doesn't last long at all. I work 8 hours at work and itll only have battery for maybe half of that shift and that's not having it on continuously either. I only have iton when the pain gets a bit too much.
