Review: Great alternative - I was searching for a low carb alternative. And I was satisfied. At first the taste felt weird but I got used to. Used salt, pepper and garlic as condiments and let me tell you it was so good. Will buy again. The consistency is like potatoes. Good ingredients and easy to use.
Review: Not for me - Food reviews are subjective based on individual tastes. Not even remotely good. I bought as a original mashed potato replacement ( I know nothing can replace the original) but this was not it. I did not like the texture. After adding butter sour cream I think it actually made it worse. I will not buy again. If you have to add a crap ton of stuff to something to make it taste good it defeats the purpose of having a healthier option.

**Q: At $7.49 per piece, why would anyone buy a 3-pack for $26.99? Just buy 3 singles. $7.49 X 3 = $22.47.**
A: Hello, the price you are referring to is for a 6 pack unit of pouches, not a  3 pack unit. A three unit is only priced at $16.99.

**Q: Nice job in updating the 3 pack price to $16.99. You said the 6 pack price was $26.99 but it still shows as $31.99?**
A: It's giving predatory price gouging on people.

**Q: Would it be better to buy the noodles and blend them after rinsing?**
A: The mashed potatoes were excellent, with butter and salt and pepper they were wonderful.  So this is easier than using the noodles.

**Q: I was looking at the nutriinal value.  Are these low in potassium?**
A: Yes.   It's delicious, but not a significant source of potassium.

I had this produce from another store at some point, and when I saw these, I bought them. They look like mashed potatoes, but the taste is not the same, but in my opinion, pretty good as a substitute especially with gravy. I love this product!
