The BEST moisturizing drops & dispenser design!!!
I credit these drops with helping to save my vision. I am a health practitioner and now recommend these to all of my patients with dry eyes. Backstory: I had a retinal detachment and the prescription antibiotic drops I was given to use contained preservatives that damaged the moisture layer of my eye tissue, causing extreme dryness. The ophthalmologists recommended the usual brands, such as preservative free Refresh Tears--which did very little to provide lasting moisture. There were several prescription moisture drops that were further recommended which contained preservatives I also reacted to. After researching hyaluronic acid, I chose these drops. From the moment I put this drop in my eye I felt moisture in my eye for the first time in months. At first I was using these drops 4-6 times per day just to help my eye heal (mine was an extreme case due to the chemical damage from the previous drops and the surgical trauma). Now one drop 2-3x/day is enough for my eyes to feel comfortable all day. Since the MD had told me I would likely need to do an expensive procedure not covered by insurance in order for my eyes to heal to this degree, this is a HUGE improvement. On another note--the designer of the dispensing system for these drops deserves high praise. Rather than a typical eye drop bottle that you hold over your eye and wonder if anything (or far too many) drops came out, this bottle has a "pump" style dispenser that doses one drop per pump. This is hugely helpful in preventing wasting expensive eye drops. Secondly, this helps prevent contamination of your drops since the hole where the drops dispense is only open during the brief millisecond that the drop is being dispensed. Furthermore, the color of the bottle is opaque white, not clear, so if your vision is very poor--as mine was!-- it is much more likely you can see how closely you're holding the bottle to your eye.

Great for dry eye
I've been using these Hylo-Forte drops for years and they are the only product that has given me proper relief from dry eyes. The gel like consistency is way better than the other brands that are more of a liquid that just runs straight back down your face.

All ingredients are natural, found in human tears, pH is 7.4, lasting effect
These are the best unpreserved or preserved drops I found after trying 20 different brands. Provide lasting lubrication. Better than Hylo Fresh (0.03% HA), Hylo Care (0.1% HA), Hylo Dual (0.05% HA), Hylo Dual Intense (0.2% HA) etc. Citrate, sorbitol and hyaluronate (HA) are in our eyes, so this drop contains only natural chemicals. Hylo Dual, Hylo Dual Intense, and Hylo Fresh contain borax and boric acid that are not in our eyes, borax not in our body even. Having a drop that matches the pH of most people's tears, 7.4 is key to avoiding inflammation. Most drops at Rite Aid are acidic, pH 6-7, even Refresh plus is 6.5. The alkaline 7.1-7.4 Refresh ones have so many allergenic artificial lubricants, emulsifiers, buffers not present in the eye such as: boric acid, borate, polysorbate 80, carboxymethylcellulose, HPMC, propylene glycol/polyethylene glycol 400 (Systane), and many others in Mega-3 and Refresh Advanced, that they cause issues. These chemicals cause extreme eye stress and later dryness and redness. Not so with Hylo Forte, a very thick 0.2% HA that works great with some saline 0.9% NaCl solution like LacriPure you can find on amazon, 98 vials, of 5 mL each for only 25$. So try Hylo Forte and LacriPure sterile saline right before sometimes for a less thick drop if too thick for you and see if that works for you. On top of that you don't waste so much drop as with the vials. And don't need worry about vial getting air if used 3 hours later. Also, these are cheaper if bought as pack of 3 than many Refresh, etc. Most people never heard of it, but Bayer makes a similar product, called Hydrasense, that is more hyperosmolar, I think 320 mOsm/mL, because they add sodium chloride and remove sorbitol. LacriPure allows you to regulate the osmolarity (ionic concentration via NaCl) yourself. But Bayer is not in US, only in EU and Canada. So it costs a lot more, due to shipping. And may not be the same high quality hyaluronate, low inflammation, of Hylo. Hylo is approved for prescription in the UK, Germany and in Canada post surgery due to expensive low inflammation HA it contains. MW of HA is 1.4-2.4 million daltons, vs 0.5 in Thealoz, 1 M in Vismed, etc... there is a difference, the lower the more inflammation, and cheaper. Thanks and may you help Hylo develop better products and US companies by telling them about Hylo, Hydrasense, Vismed etc and all these HA-citrate-sorbitol drops in EU.If you want to learn more about what makes this better read about Hyaluronate, which is present almost everywhere in our body, while man-made lubricants are not. ONe thing that few know is most extra cellular matrix of many organs is collagen, but in the brain it's hyaluronate. So, what we see oftentimes is people with glaucoma, nerve damage etc get a real improvement from higher quality hyaluronate drops due to the stimulation of nerve maintenance and growth, or at least preventing nerve decay. The loss of optic nerve and retinal ganglions can lead to glaucoma and blindness. so choosing a more natural lubricant is helpful.sodium hyaluronate HA MW (molecular weight) 1400-2800 KDa in Hylo products makes it the top of the line versus others. HA is found in many brands at Rite Aid, not all high MW; it is a humectant, hypo-osmotic, assists in cornea wound healing, protects cornea, prevents inflammation, lubricant, better than glycerin at lowering tear osmolarity, more viscous after blinking to increase tear breakup time, retains water, reduces mucous strands. This hyaluronate is also found (without the sodium) in the gel like fluid inside our eyes, meibomian glands that produce eye tear lipids, our joints, in the brain ECM (extracellular matrix). Hyaluronic acid HA is recommended by many eye doctors in eye drops and orally for dry eyes and floaters, since 1% of the gel inside our eyes is hyaluronic acid, 240 mg/day NaHA 390 KDa reduced dry eye discomfort after 3 months ►J Ophthal 2019:5491626; HA reduces dry eye more when taken orally too, besides as tears, suggesting that atrophied MGs (meibomian glands) can regenerate when HA is abundant, reversing dry eye; however, the biological effects of HA vary with its molecular weight (MW): low MW can be pro-inflammatory and used a serum marker of inflammation and cardiac risk, high MW is anti-inflammatory. Many companies focus on high MW HA which leads to far more nerve growth or prevention of optic nerve loss. Int J Gen Med 2009;2:77-81 reports 500-700KDa HA (high MW) inhibits IL-1 downregulation of type 2 collagen synthesis. So, perhaps, if buying HA, buy high MW, at least 800-1500 KDa. Tran Vis Sci Tech 2019;8(6):2 found Thealoz and Systane Hydration (the only Systane with HA) are low MW, (<500KDa), Hylo (not UrsaPharm) and Vismed medium (500-1000KDa), while Refresh Optive Fusion and UrsaPharm Hylo products are high MW (>1000 KDa), Hylo-Comod highest (see Fig 1).

Good product
Good product, would have been a 5 but had to throw away one bottle. The drops wouldn't come out.

Relief for severe dry eyes
I have severe dry eyes, and these have proved the most helpful. Sodium hyaluronate is important, and this has a good strength. It does not irritate my eyes and gives me pain-free and itch-free lubrication for longer than most other eye drops. The bottle is a bit on the larger side, but fits in my pockets fairly well, and is certainly the most convenient eye drop I have ever used--just turn the bottle upside down over your eyes and pump to drop the precise number of drops in each eye. Worth buying in bulk!

For me - these are the best for dry eyes
I find these infinitely better than every other OTC product for dry eyes. I'm not saying they are a miracle cure, and I have no idea if they will work for you (I personally think we take different paths to dry eye - so what works for one, doesn't work for others) but this was the best I found. I have only used single use eye drops before, but tried every brand include the ones with Omega 3.

REALLY HELPS
It is really good to know when you buy something which tells you what it does, that it actually does exactly what it says. I had been having a lot of bother what with pollen and dry eyes due to working on the laptop - lots of redness and soreness. Therefore I can honestly recomend this, as it really works.

Es un engaño
En la web dice que tiene 10 ml y en la realidad solo trae 7,5 ml, y no hay opción de cambio ni devolución del importe

Eye drops
The eye drops are the same as those obtained from a pharmacy, but are much less expensive. Recommended especially if for long term use.
