I simply collected a urine sample in a dixie cup and dipped the test in the urine sample following the instructions. I checked the pamphlet that came with the tests and even the pamphlet I got says that they were 10 nanograms - the review that has the photo of 100 nanogram on the test strip, (I'm not sure what he got, but mine didn't say anything on the test strip). Mine were just hard plastic test strips and the paperwork said 10 nanograms and they were correct. So that is my experience with them and I would definitely recommend, just double check everything before you order to make sure it's 10 nanograms specifically. And then before you go take your blood test, make sure you passed 10 nanogram or less. Just be extra diligent if there's a lot of riding on it.... I saw this measured 10 ng/ml instead of most that was to 100 ng/ml. Since I suspected they were doing it sparingly and not everyday thought the 100 wouldn’t capture it. Since we have been testing there were 2 positive tests and negative since. I took one myself when the first positive came just to see if it could have been from second hand smoke from husband that smokes in the garage ( mine was negative). I think this is a good tool to have to prevent kids from vaping or know if they are. I am at ease now knowing that they aren’t harming their bodies.
