It tears the meat up. Am sending mine back if I can. **Q: How do you clean this thing?** A: I just put the rollers under warm water at I have a soft dish brush that I rub the rollers with and I find that cleans the rollers really well. I then just set it to dry **Q: Is this dishwasher safe ???** A: I have never put mine in the dishwasher as I found it was real easy to wash be hand. I use a vegetable brush and just wash the rollers and the end then rinse it off all done **Q: Hi, how long is the opening on the top? How long of a piece meat can you fit into opening?** A: About 5" wide and as long as you like. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tenderizer *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 6 September 2023* Tried to cut the meat thicker than should have the first time. After the second use worked ok. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value and performs as advertised *by K***O on Reviewed in the United States on 15 April 2023* I was accustomed to using a commercial cube steak machine that has blades on the rollers. But, this hand operated tenderizer does the job for a few pounds of meat at a time. I discovered that partially frozen meat works best, that the meat needs to be sliced no thicker than a half inch in order to feed through the rollers properly, and spraying the rollers with some non-stick vegetable oil helps keep the meat from sticking to the rollers. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. ### ⭐ Review *by B***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 August 2023* Very poor quality! ## Frequently Bought Together - Killer's Instinct Outdoors Commercial Meat Tenderizer Cuber Heavy Duty Steak Flatten Tool Meat Tenderizer Tool Grinder Attachment Clamp-on Grinder Rolling Kitchen Cuber - [120 Pack] 1lb Wild Game Bags for Freezer Storage - Polyethylene Meat Bags for Your Ground Meat Packaging System to Protect from Freezer Burn --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/316927760-commercial-meat-tenderizer-cuber-heavy-duty-steak-flatten-hobart-kitchen](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/316927760-commercial-meat-tenderizer-cuber-heavy-duty-steak-flatten-hobart-kitchen) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
