**Q: Are they black light reactive**
A: Yes, they are somewhat reactive but I added a layer of clear glow paint to really make it pop.

**Q: Is this aquarium safe ?**
A: I'm going with no.

**Q: Can it be mix in a different tone color? To be light or dark!**
A: Yes. I mixed mine with colors and regular glow in the dark paint. Mixing it will change the brightness though.
