Even before they responded, I googled and was able to find v18 Tech stream software and the necessary drivers and instructions (on Google and YouTube) The instructions online were the same as sent by the vendor btw. Installed it on a win10 home 64bit laptop with zero issues, and it's working great. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about? Yes it takes a few steps to installed and for those who are not savvy with computers the vendors offers to remote install, that's how tech support works guys, there is no conspiracy here Great product😆 great vendor, I can access all of my vehicles data, program tpms, keys, what not. Review: I was able to read the error code from my Prado, but unfortunately, there was no option to calibrate the steering angle sensor. As a result, I had to take it back to the dealer for calibration. We weren't able to conduct any diagnostic or code scanning. It wasn't even able to turn off the open door warning sounds eventhough it was a listed option in the software. However, unless you have the latest version you may not be able to use all of the functions for the 2018 Camry XSE.
