During the fifth century, the young Benedict was sent to Rome to finish his education as a nurse/housekeeper. The subject that dominated a young man's study then was rhetoric, the art of persuasive speaking. A successful speaker was not the one who had the best argument or conveyed the truth, but the one who used rhythm, eloquence, and technique to convince those who were listening. Saint Benedict watched in horror as the vice of untruth unraveled the lives and ethics of his companions, and fled to Rome. He gave up his inheritance to live in a small village with his nurse, when God called him beyond this quiet life to even deeper solitude. Living his time in a cave as a hermit, the Devil presented Benedict's imagination with a beautiful, tempting woman. He resisted. Benedict realized the strongest and truest foundation for the power of words was the Word of God itself: "For what page or word of the Bible is not a perfect rule for temporal life" He had experienced the power of God's word as expressed in Scripture: "For just as from the heavens the rain and snow come down and do not return there till they have watered the earth, making it fertile and fruitful, giving seed to him who sows and bread to him who eats, so shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; It shall not return to me void, but shall do my will, achieving the end for which I sent it" (Isaiah 55:10-11). ## Features - Zinc Alloy / Hematite - 7 1/2 Inch - Stretch - one size fits most - Features Saint Benedict Medal - Patron of monks, kidney disease, dying people, against evil - It has both a Saint Benedict Medal and a Crucifix charm - A beautiful gift for anyone looking for the guidance of Saint Benedict in their lives ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00UAYL0NM | | ASIN | B00UAYL0NM | | Accent Color | Silver | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #68,536 in Fashion ( See Top 100 in Fashion ) #1,059 in Women's Bracelets | | Bracelet Form | Chain | | Brand Name | CB | | Chain Length | 19 Centimeters | | Chain Type | Bead Chain | | Clasp Type | no clasp type | | Collection Name | All | | Color | !silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (2,055) | | Customer reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (2,055) | | Date First Available | 7 February 2016 | | Department | womens | | Gem Birthstone Month | March | | Hardware Color | Silver | | Item Dimensions | 31 x 25 x 4 millimeters | | Item Length | 19.05 Centimeters | | Item Shape | Round | | Item Type Name | bracelet | | Item Weight | 18 g | | Item Width | 19 Centimeters | | Item model number | UK_B00UAYL0NM | | Manufacturer | CB | | Manufacturer | CB | | Material | Zinc | | Metal Stamp | no metal stamp | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | 1 | | Pendant Description | Saint Benedict Medal and Crucifix charm, representing protection, patronage, and faith. | | Product Dimensions | 3.1 x 2.5 x 0.4 cm; 18.14 g | | Ring Size | 7.5 inch | | Setting Type | Bezel Setting | | Size | 7.5 Inch | | Stone Color | Silver | | Stone Creation Method | Natural | | Stone Shape | Round | | Style | Bohemian | | Style Number | UK_B00UAYL0NM | | Target Audience | Adults interested in Catholic faith and horror themes, specifically men. | | Theme | Horror | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Images ![Silver Tone Saint Benedict Medal Hematite Bead Rosary Bracelet, 7 1/2 Inch - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61J44Q41ceL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are these blessed?** A: I am assuming they are not. (I always understood items aren't to be blessed before they are sold). **Q: For men?** A: Probably not. However I don’t know why the other reviewer called it junky. I like it a lot. **Q: How durable (in months) was your bracelet before it broke?** A: I still have my bracelet. You can restring it by purchasing bracelet string. You can find it at micheals in the craft bracelets area. **Q: can it get wet?** A: I would try not to get it wet as it may damage the beads and elastic band. ## Frequently Bought Together - CB Silver Tone Saint Benedict Medal Hematite Bead Rosary Bracelet, 7 1/2 Inches - U7 Saint Benedict Medal Necklace 18K Gold or 316L Stainless Steel Christian Sacramental Medal Ward Off Evil Protection Jewelry Catholic Gift for Men Women, Customizable - Saint Benedict Medal Prayer Pocket Rosary Catholic Brown Wood Beads with Medalla de san benitol and Crucifix, 9 Inch(Silver) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/315890628-silver-tone-saint-benedict-medal-hematite-bead-rosary-bracelet-7](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/315890628-silver-tone-saint-benedict-medal-hematite-bead-rosary-bracelet-7) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
