These compression sleeves have worked extremely well. I wear a womenโ€™s US size 9.5โ€“10 shoe, and I went with the XXL. When my foot isnโ€™t swollen, they fit perfectlyโ€”snug but not too tight. But when swelling flares up, Iโ€™m especially glad I chose the XXL. If swelling wasnโ€™t an issue, I could probably wear an XL. They provide great support and stability without feeling restrictive. They help with pressure, swelling, and arch support, and Iโ€™ve noticed reduced discomfort during and after wear. The sleeves are well made, easy to slip on, and hold their shape nicely over time.
