Review: Feel the burn - This thing is brilliant. It's wider grip makes all the difference you really engage. You feel the burn. Tried on its own you can feel it but could work for a long time, tried with a 4KG kettlebell and it's intense. Tried with 10KG kettlebell and it's insane!! For context I climb I can do several open palm one arm pull ups and I felt this so that's says it very targeted training just what I needed. Well worth the money.sturdy construction and decent quality.it doesn't feel cheap.

Great piece of kit, huge thick grips, chain feels as strong and durable as any of my other chains, wouldn't worry about loading this thing with any kind of weight my forearm can bear, it is a bit pricier than others on Amazon but the quality tells. Used it a few times and if you are used to conventional wrist rollers which tend to be thinner you will get a hell of a shock when you first use this, it definitely makes you work for it, will be buying more gear from viking strength in the future.
