Install was fast and easy because I found several install videos online. The instructions are ok but not great. Also the spacer is not marked for air flow direction and could be installed backwards if you are not carful to follow the instructions. So far there is no "whistling" that i hear and there is a notable difference in response and acceleration. Fuel milage is also slightly better. I recommend trying this part with other upgrades.
