I live in NJ and the package arrived less than a week after I ordered it. I also got incredible service from the company, answering all of my questions. There were less expensive options on desertcart, but I felt it was safety issue to get a wall bar that I really trusted. When you consider how much the physical therapy costs, as well as the potential for lost wages from back pain or surgery, this is a small cost. In terms of installation, putting together the wall bar takes less than 1 hour for someone who knows how to assemble Ikea furniture and use a drill with a screw driver attachment. You will need one helper. The hardest part is finding a good place to put it, and also aligning it properly to the studs in the wall. I also wanted to install a mirror behind it, and I purchased a 3x5 foot mirror from the local hardware store. This is my suggestion based on experience of installing it: you will need to install it centering it between two studs. The width is about 37 in. It only attaches to the wall at 4 places : 2 bolts on top and 2 bolts on the bottom. You will also want to attach the mirror clips to the same studs. I recommend the following: find the center of the two studs, and draw a line down each. Then identify where you would like to put the mirror clips. Install the mirror. Then hold up the assembled wall bar against the wall and mark where the bolts should go in the cross bars.
