Planning on switching from Salifert as I think this will reduce my costs some, seems easier to use with hand tool?** A: According to the kit, the Calcium is +/- 5ppm, KH is +/- 0.05 meg/l and the Mg is +/-20 PPM. Ive only had it a short time but I have found it to be accurate based on my tests. I have verified dKH was very close to my Hanna tester. I have only used 1 salifert kit and I can tell you the Titrator handle makes adding the titration fluid easy and quick. Overall it makes the tests much easier to perform. **Q: Is there a refill kit for these tests with just the Titrant’s and Reagent’s?** A: Not with the one I bought. But you can buy them with the refill kit or get them at Petco. **Q: by other reviews, do these kits still contain the recalled calcium reagant? These are the faulty batch numbers.
