**Q: Does this have Boswellia in it?**
A: Boswella Serrata does show up as an Inactive Ingredient on the bottle.

**Q: What is the difference between the gel and the spray?**
A: A gel is thicker and the spray is more like liquid.

**Q: One of the reviews says not to apply it with your bare hands. Do we need to wear gloves? What happens if you use your hands?**
A: If you are sensitive to the ingredients then you should as you will absorb it.  Washing your hands after has limited effect.  I have painful hands cuz of arthritis so it helps me and I do not wear them.

**Q: Menthol strength**
A: Yes.  They work well to soothe muscles - I like the roll on ones better because they is easier to apply, don’t need to wash your hands afterward, and last a long time.
