You'll notice that I have the stock nickel plugs on top and the front side. If you look closely, you'll see that the top plugs are slightly recessed into the top itself where the front plugs are not. In those recessed ports which only exist on the top of EK reservoirs, are just about the only place these new black plugs won't fit. The head on them are to wide to go down in the recessed cutout so they will not seal. Other than that, they work great for my EK GPU waterblock and elsewhere in the loop. I was really hoping to get rid of all of the nickel colored stock EK plugs. I suppose I could add an extra o-ring or two to the top plugs in an effort to make contact with the recessed area better. This of course is not the fault of the plug design. It's just EK being EK and making custom stuff so you buy from them for accessories. These are actually really good quality of the price. They have a nice smooth black finish and are pretty beefy.
