This is just for your GPS location and doesn't include APRS messaging or any other advanced APRS features. **Q: Is this aswell 40 chanel cb radio?** A: While it is a swell radio, it is not a 40-channel CB radio. Rather, it is designed and intended for Part 90 (commercial) and Part 97 (Amateur) use and operation. For either, a license is required. **Q: Can this be used as a mobile radio by connecting external antenna?** A: Yes, actually. The max power out is 6-7 Watts.
