It's true that many are spotty in their accuracy, requiring you to find a "good" one from most manufacturers. Now, it is possible that I just got lucky and received one that was accurate out to 100 yards, but anecdotally from other peoples' reviews and a couple of other guys at the range, these seem to be accurate for most people who use them correctly. This laser, unlike some others I've used, is very solid, with no loose or rattly aspects. I've read some people saying they had trouble with the batteries but I don't see how or why that would be the case unless they didn't read the one instruction in the box. The one that says to remove the plastic sleeve from the batteries before installing them. I've also read about them getting stuck in the chamber of their weapon. Not trying to be too judgmental here but I would wager that most of those chambers were not well cleaned using solvent and gun oil because my meticulously cleaned RF-15 AR platform weapon's chamber slid it home and ejected it with zero trouble. Treat it just like any shell. Put it in a mag, pull the charging handle and let it slide in. I just let it slam home, but you may want to slide yours in slower holding the charging handle throughout. Me, I want my equipment to work under hard conditions so I let it rip. It worked flawlessly chambered both ways. DON'T just try to slide it into the chamber through the ejection port with the bolt carrier locked back unless you want to use your cleaning rod to poke it out. So, with all of that in mind I would most definitely recommend these bore sight lasers to anyone. I'm buying more so I have one in each of my weapon cases. IF, by any chance I find any flaws with ANY of them I WILL amend this review to reflect those issues. I take all of my weapons, loadouts and support gear very seriously so you can assume that if this review has not been changed to reflect any issues with further units or versions of these bore sight lasers that they all performed as well as the one I am reviewing here. The LCP is chambered in 380. **Q: Will this work with a Glock 19?** A: Yes, you have to be 1% smarter than what you are working with. If the slide will not make up it is because the extractor did not go into the groove on the rim. You have to force it. the boresight will take a bit of slam. **Q: When you place the laser bore sight in the barrel are you supposed to close the chamber to hold the laser in place or just slide it in and use it?** A: Close the chamber to lock it in place. Good hunting! ### ⭐ Calibration / Alignment is off *by J***M on June 10, 2025* 1st Bore Sighter This review sums up more experience using a 9MM Walther PDP 4in with a C&H precision RDO: Solid attempt. Quality is great. Extra batteries is amazing. The case is an excellent touch too. But I didnt buy this for any of that. I bought a laser to bore sight with. And frankly- this doesn't do that at all. The laser is 1" off at 1meter. Extrapolate from there and a 15m zero has you so far off target that you could not reliably hit the paper to even see how far off it is. Inaccuracy is its only con. But also the only thing its intended to be good at. 2nd Bore Sighter So, I had the company send out another boresighter and used it on my 4 in Full-size Walther PDP with a C&H Precision RDO and my wife's 4 in Full-size F Series Walther PDP with a C&H Precision RDO. Both firearms were already zeroed so I knew that if I made any changes it would be wrong. Upon placing the boresighter in the firearm and acquiring my target, it was off 3in to the left and low 4 in to the left at 10 yards. Now I know I could say I'm on paper so that's enough but its not if I buy a boresighter then I expect that at 10 pr 15yds I can get a hard zero without wasting ammunition to do so.
