Well, who knows? This could be psychological only, but I do feel a bit more energized since putting it on. I will put it on again tomorrow when I start to lag to see if I have the same positive result again. I have to say; I am suspicious - magnet therapy has had a lot of false claims and fraud in the past, but it I feel more energized, well, that's excellent. I will certainly update this review with any future findings. I only want to give a positive review to this if it is truly helpful and it seems like trying this out for a longer period is the only real tell. I l;ike the look of it, it's modest, simple, a brush metal look - I like it and it can also nicely be paired with other bracelets for a stacked and layered look. We shall see.
