The guys in our house don't think it's too girly and us girls love it!! It has a fresh, clean, and pleasant scent that's not overwhelming! It's nice to have something in the house everyone likes as opposed to 6 or 7 different bottles in the shower/bath! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Average shampoo, adds a bit of volume *by M***E on September 11, 2013* I've used this shampoo once so far and it seems to have given my hair a bit more volume which I like. It lathers nicely and you don't need a lot to get it to lather. I have long hair, it's down to the middle of my back and I usually have to apply a huge glob of shampoo to get it to lather up enough and to wash ALL of my hair well. This shampoo I only needed a dab so that's a plus. It smells okay...I don't love the smell of vanilla but if you do then you should like the smell. Though the vanilla definitely overpowers the other scents. Overall I would recommend this and I would buy again but I'd choose a different scent. 99 cents for a shampoo that gives volume and doesn't dry out your hair is a pretty good deal. ### ⭐⭐ "Improved Fragrance" not so good *by G***G on October 11, 2013* I bought a bottle a few months ago from amazon, under a buck with free shipping.I was expecting more of a vanilla scent, but it turned out to be kind of a artificial fruity smell, that I liked and grew to enjoy.I wouldn't have identified it as vanilla, mint, or tea at all.I'm a guy, I have short hair and rarely spend over a dollar per bottle on shampoo, usually at the grocery store.It cleaned my hair fine, afaik.After I eventually finished the bottle (several months of daily use), I ordered another.Same price, nearly identical packaging, horrible scent.I noticed the bottle now has a "Improved Fragrance" blurb on the label.I think it stinks.
