But I love it already. I have a male Yorkie who is 4.9 pounds & he fits perfectly in this carrier. When I tried it on he started whining & barking at me to pick him up. He shook for a few mins inside of it but then relaxed once I walked around for a few in it.I am a plus size woman who has large breast & I didn't find a problem with wearing this. The shoulder straps and waist straps adjust a lot no for people of all sizes.There is a pocket on each side (possibly can hold a bottle of water) or smaller. And there is a zipper pouch in the front (great for keys/debit card, etc.) My note 8 fits it the front w/o a problem, just to give you all an idea of how big the space is. Also inside the bag is a clip so that you hook it to their collar or body harness.All in all I can't wait to try it out. Now my baby boy can go everywhere with me. ### ⭐ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 26, 2018* the adjustable safety clip does not stay adjusted. it is also too long even at the shortest length and made of cheap material. I would not trust it to hold my doggie in if she fell out. Otherwise my doggies fit great in there! and I like the small mesh on the side as their claws do not get stuck (like they do in the Outward Hound version). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I have queried the defective safety clip and received no response at all after 3 business days have passed. I would not recommend this purchase unless you are willing to pay for custom work to ensure your doggies safety.
