The SPF 45 is perfect. The formula is not greasy and does not break-out my very sensitive skin. The stick fits nicely in my belt pouch of the Osprey Atmos 65 with room for other easy access gear. The water resistance is darn good - I don't need to reapply over and over again on long days. The stick lasts.
