It doesn't come with any other cables **Q: Is the dock rated for 130W power delivery and comes with 180W adapter so I can charge the laptop using the docking station?** A: I have a similar Dell docking station which delivers the lower 100W power. However, my laptop requires 180W, as it is a powerful workstation. But, the Dell dock still charges my laptop through the Thunderbolt cable. I have 1 single Thunderbolt cable connected to my laptop, and I'm using all of the ports on the dock, and my laptop still charges just fine. I get a little warning sign on the battery saying its "charging slowly" or something... but it always charges. Even with "slow charging" the dock provides enough power so that my laptop always stays charged even in heavy usage. What I mean is, it charges faster than it uses power, so I'm always at 100%. Pro Tip: those Thunderbolt cables with power delivery are heavy, thick cables. I bought a Thunderbolt L-adapter (90 degree adapter) rated for power delivery which I plugged into the port on my laptop, then plugged the cable from the dock into it. That way, the cable runs straight down the side of my laptop and off the back of the desk instead of awkwardly sticking out and bending backwards to go off the back of the desk. **Q: I just got a dell xps 13 9310 with just 2 type c. is this compatible with it?** A: It should work, though some advanced feature may not work like power on from dock. I use this with a Dell Inspiron 7506 as well as a Lenovo T590 with two Dell monitors as well as wireless keyboard and mouse and have no issues to speak of. **Q: Does this include the 180W power brick?** A: Yes it does, but that is only to power the docking station.
