The delivery issues were not the fault of the seller. I live in a rural area and our house is pretty far back on the property. It obviously wouldn't fit in the mailbox, so they didn't want to leave it. I don't think they even came up the driveway to see if we were home. I called desertcart and they relayed my detailed delivery instructions to their carrier. Anyway, the whiteboard arrived in perfect condition. It came with all the pieces advertised and they all work great. The fact that it has a lifetime guarantee is what really sold me. It made me feel confident, rather than hesitant in my purchase. I think my only complaint is that the magnet in the eraser is super weak. I always feel like the eraser is going to fall off the board, but it hasn't so far. The dry erase marker is decent enough. I'll probably try to find some higher quality markers because I'm an artist and I want my writing and drawing on the board to look perfect haha. But the marker that comes with it works just fine. Most people probably wouldn't have an issue with the way it writes. The magnets are simple and pretty and sturdy. It was also super easy to put on the wall. Overall, I'm happy with everything and I'm psyched to use it more. I've only had the board for about a week, so I'll try to update my review once I've had it a little longer and get a better feel for it. Review: My family and I are VERY happy!!! - UPDATE!: The problem with the markers on the board's surface has gone away. Maybe there was some kind of coating on it at first? I don't know....but this board has no problems at all. I am using it daily and it erases very well with no ghosting even if writing has been left on it for days. Since its arrival, I have seen a board of the same size at Sam's for about $17. It may be okay to purchase but I doubt the quality of it will be as good as this $49 one. I am very satisfied with this one. ------------ Old Title: "Ummm, Okay Enough For Now" I use Expo markers with it and it erases well. The writing starts off solid but it becomes streaky as it dries. It's as if there is a coating of some sort that's causing this problem. I like solid marker lines so this is really irritating. I wasn't going to order this after reading how many received theirs damaged. I decided to take a chance, prayed, and made the purchase. It took about a month to get here but it arrived with no damages. The box it came in was a little beat up but the board itself was secured in the box enough to be dent- and scratch-free. I bought this board to use temporarily for homeschooling until I can get my 4' x 8' EVERWHITE board. (This board will then go into one of my kids' rooms to hang on their wall...if they can tolerate the streaky writing.) ## Features - High clarity, scratch resistant dry erase board - 24" x 36" smooth writing surface that easily cleans with the included eraser or a dry wipe. - Lightweight, durable magnetic board - Resists staining and ghosting for a lasting clean finish and is not to warp over time. - Works with all dry erase markers - Dry erase marker included with purchase, but any dry erase marker will leave a clean finish that's easy to read on your Officeline dry erase board. - Quick set up and mounting - Package includes an easy hang mounting kit for horizontal or vertical mounting. - Silver, aluminum finished frame - provides an aesthetic finish on your white board which allows for a beautiful look in your office, bedroom, or anywhere in your home. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01E62SN1A | | Additional Features | Dry Erase, Scratch Resistant, Stain | | Brand | OfficePro | | Brand Name | OfficePro | | Color | Ab1307 | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 3,264 Reviews | | Frame Material | Plastic | | Included Components | Duster, Magnet, Marker | | Item Dimensions W x H | 24"W x 36"H | | Manufacturer | Officeline | | Manufacturer Part Number | OPDEB | | Material | Aluminum | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Number | OPDEB | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Occasion | Birthday | | Orientation | Horizontal | | Product Dimensions | 24"W x 36"H | | Recommended Uses For Product | Home, Office, School | | Target Audience | Business Professional, Parent, Student, Teacher | | UPC | 646437860567 | | Warranty Description | no | | Writing Board Type | Whiteboard | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Officeline - **Color:** Ab1307 - **Material:** Aluminum - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Office, School, Home - **Mounting Type:** Wall Mount ## Images ![Ultra-Slim, Lightweight Magnetic Dry Erase Board & Accessories (Includes Whiteboard Pen & Pen Tray, 3 x Magnets & Eraser) - 24 x 36 Inch - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51OfYuHgwlL.jpg) ![Ultra-Slim, Lightweight Magnetic Dry Erase Board & Accessories (Includes Whiteboard Pen & Pen Tray, 3 x Magnets & Eraser) - 24 x 36 Inch - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81iQtE-3t9L.jpg) ![Ultra-Slim, Lightweight Magnetic Dry Erase Board & Accessories (Includes Whiteboard Pen & Pen Tray, 3 x Magnets & Eraser) - 24 x 36 Inch - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81nc3jNJvlL.jpg) ![Ultra-Slim, Lightweight Magnetic Dry Erase Board & Accessories (Includes Whiteboard Pen & Pen Tray, 3 x Magnets & Eraser) - 24 x 36 Inch - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81W4i44+upL.jpg) ![Ultra-Slim, Lightweight Magnetic Dry Erase Board & Accessories (Includes Whiteboard Pen & Pen Tray, 3 x Magnets & Eraser) - 24 x 36 Inch - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/813RK8xPuuL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid board, lifetime guarantee, and easy set up. *by E***Y on August 22, 2016* After some issues with delivery, I received the whiteboard. I purchased it quite a while ago (over half a year ago) and it has been serving me very well since - no issues with marker persistence, the board is as good as new despite intense use. Given the abundance of space in my previous apartment I used a tripod to mount the board; however, having to move recently - I found myself requiring the wall-mounting kit which I have managed to lose since purchasing. I sent out an e-mail to the seller asking to purchase a replacement kit so I can hang it as previously mentioned. To my surprise, the seller just sent out a kit without any questions and even provided a complimentary eraser. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and can only hope to meet such terrific customer service in the future. Granted, it's probably negligible in cost - but to have something done in a matter which is so pro-customer really was a positive experience. Top seller, top product.
