This adjustable mount fan comes with a three-position mounting system which allows for standard, low, or angled mounting. 13-degree blade pitch is optimized to ensure ideal air movement and peak performance. This reversible fan comes with reverse rotation fan blades that keep the rooms in your home feeling cool during summers and warm during winters. Ideal for use in rooms or spaces with ceilings 9' or greater.

Review: Super Fan - We bought a similar fan for our kitchen last year and were very happy with it, so we ordered a second one to replace an old, VERY NOISY fan in our bedroom. These fans are well built, easy to install, and super quiet. If you don't look at it to see the blades moving, you won't hear it. The light kit and downpipe are ordered separately but easy to install on the fan motor. The wires for the light kit are already in the fan and the remote control is built to operate both the motor and light kit. If your home has a second circuit for the lights on the fan, you will have to run separate wires through the center of the fan for the light kit but that was easy to accomplish. The six speeds, very quiet operation, and remote control make this fan a winner in my book!

We let the electricians assemble it and hang it, so I can't speak to that (although they were done in about 10 minutes, start to finish). It is quiet. So quiet I don't even know it's on. We have it on a 24 inch downrod because it's located in a tray ceiling, and even on the highest setting, it doesn't move. Not one wobble. The finish is beautiful. We chose the hammered wood side of the paddles, but the reverse is just as nice, if a little lighter. The only issue I have is that the remote is a bit outdated looking and could probably use a major update...it's plastic and an ugly off-white and while it works well, it's a bit incongruous when you look at the beauty of the fan. I know this is nitpicking, but I feel like the Casablanca remotes have not been updated since the '90's. Great fan, we love it and I would highly recommend. Seller was quick, box was sealed and product was brand new.

**Q: What is the difference in Model # 59511 and # C66U45B**
A: I have purchased two of the model #59511.  This ( 59511) is an updated number for the #C66U454B.  On my fan search, I noticed many numbers that were interchangeable.If you purchase a fan, make certain it is a Casablanca - great quality and runs quiet.  If you don't need the light kit - leave it off.  Much cleaner look.  Hope that helps.

**Q: What's the length of the down rod included with the fan? I have a 18-ft ceiling so would this fan come with a longer down rod?**
A: Andrew, my ceiling is sloped and it is 11-ft where we put the ceiling fan.  It only comes with a short down rod.  I did purchase a longer down rod from a local distributor.  I think it is 2 ft, but I can't remember exactly.  It was under $20.  The fan is great.  Our electrician used everything that came with the fan even with the ceiling sloped and it works perfect.  Only have to purchase a longer down rod.  You must get the casablanca down rod.  The others from the big box stores will not work properly.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Can this be flush mounted?**
A: This fan comes with a 2" and 3" downrod, so it can be a low-mount fan... but I don't know if that would meet your needs as a flush mount. Our fan is on a 24" downrod. By the way, we have been very pleased with this product. Installation was straightforward and it operates effectively and quietly. Good luck.

Purchase 2019. Absolutely the best fan on the market. The video proves how quiet it is. Reversible, 6 speed settings with battery operated remote. If you buy two, you need to change 1 fan dip switch settings to key that remote. Manufacturer of the highest quality
