Review: It's a steel biner. You either need one or you don't. I got this for my treeclimbing lanyard for extra weight in throwing over branches. I use all Rock Exotica gear for my climbing carabiners. As opposed to most(all?) other carabiners, you pull the gate down to unlock it rather than push it up. I find it's easier for me perform one-handed. They also make a version with a push up gate(the Uplock), but that negates a big feature imo. Those pretty well sum up this STEEL carabiner very well!
