**Q: While it's closed can you swing it like mycroft holmes from bbc sherlock?**
A: I'm very familiar with Mycroft's character style. This umbrella while closed is very sturdy and great to lean against while both ankles are crossed in a very Britsh-like pose. Beware though that the handle might be a little too tight and thick for your entire hand to fit around. I frequently use it in a similiar way and glad it's very strong and won't easily break when used for gestures and other movements. It's a good choice if you don't want to buy an expensive umbrella, over $300, like the one Mycroft Holmes uses. It's a good buy, I highly recommend it.

**Q: How does this umbrella fare in heavy winds?**
A: We had some pretty nasty winds in Georgia over the weekend, 20+, it held up fine. It's really a great umbrella. I never thought I'd feel so strongly about one but there it is ;-)

**Q: Would you consider it as a big umbrella (size wise)? I'm tall and son't like the small umbrellas..**
A: I would say it's a standard size umbrella -- definitely not small, but also not like those beach umbrellas you see some people carrying.

Look no further, this umbrella is IT.Function: very smooth opening and closing, I can do it with one hand if the other hand is occupied.Size: 48" is the perfect size walking around in the city, my shoulders and arms didn't get rained on even in heavy rain.Weight: It's like hold any stick umbrella, it isn't noticeably heavy and I consider it light compare to all the past stick umbrella I have owned. But it won't get blown away either when windy. You can wear it on your forearm if hands are occupied.Quality: the grip handle is comfortable, the fabric is sturdy. The umbrella doesn't swing around when there's wind.Fashion: I'm a strip person, and this mens stripe looks just as good on a girl as it does on a guy. Goes with all kinds of color coordination.
