Using our well water wouldn't be advised in these conditions. So, I got the idea to use a submersible pump in the lake out front to help her out.I got this bag specifically to cover a 5 gallon bucket to prevent weeds and debris from clogging my pump. After the first use today, I can say this bag is a winner. Nothing entered the bucket sitting 2.5' down in the lake. The mesh is fine enough to stop anything from getting in to plug the pump.
