Q: What size for 6’ 1 about 215 lbs?

As big as you can go. They run small,really small. I'm 6' 205 lbs and my XL fit like a Med. The sleeves were half way up my forearms and was really tight in the shoulders if I moved in it. I normally wear a XL in American sizes these must be sized in asian sizes. I ended up gifting it.
