A: Via of Online through Amazon or directly to the supplier which a number in on the  product packaging.

**Q: What is the manufacturer warranty on this product ?**
A: This product does qualify for an extended warranty however, I do not think yo may need it.  I have had mine now for four years, used regularly and did not need to purchase the extended warranty that I did purchase.
