Review: Not what I expected - >> Directions: BOLT the footrest to the frame. To FOLD chair, UNBOLT the footrest from the frame. << Don't buy this chair unless you intend to NEVER FOLD THIS DUMB THING UP. HINT: you can re-drill a hole on the wide side of the footrest, insert a threaded bolt holder, and add a round dowel, cut to 1-2" length, and use bolt to mount that the footrest, thereby allowing the footrest to SLIDE on the chair frame, like the REAL FOLDING CHAIRS ARE SET UP.
