It's seen a lot of use. We love the way it collapses to fit into the dishwasher, or for storage. Fits our sink well. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe. It's been our "go to" strainer since we bought it. Oh, and my wife loves the color (purple). :-)After 11 months of use, we noticed some cracks (about an inch long) develop in the corners where the material folds. I checked the listing, which showed a one year warranty. We contacted the seller, JB Enterprises - good to their word, they honored the "no questions asked" warranty quickly, professionally, and pleasantly. The replacement unit arrived today! It is fabulous. I often cook pasta and have a round plastic strainer that I have had for about 25 years. It took up a huge amount of room in my cabinet as it did not collapse. The pasta always spilled over the sides. This strainer is just the right size, fits over the sink, strains the pasta without spilling, collapses to fit easily in my cabinet and for an extra kick...it is a cute purple! I love it!
