There is a lot of storage space and, unlike most first aid bags, you can easily carry it if you need to get to someone in distress in a remote location. I like the way the front opens and lays flat, allowing easy access to the contents while the pack is sitting upright. It's a good idea to add some additional smaller bags to organize your gear inside. One downside is that It is made in China like most items that are sewn these days. That said, it is still a high quality product. It would be great if the manufacturer considered moving their production to the USA.
