This was so easy to take out of the box and set up within a few minutes. One of the hooks was stuck to begin with but once I got it unhooked it opened right up and was ready for use. One unexpected feature that is amazing is that the bottom tray has a latch that can keep the dog from pushing it out of the bottom. We had a previous dog that had figured out how to do this, so seeing this feature was great. The door also opens very smoothly and the latch has an extra hook on it to make it harder for a dog to figure out how to open. The crate is overall great. Here it is pictured with a crate cover!
